Weekend at Nana & Grandpa's House

Elijah and Mom spent the weekend with Nana and Grandpa while Daddy was out of town. Elijah had a great time - Grandpa even played the guitar! They took such good care of us.

New bathtub!

Elijah was definitely playing the role of explorer tonight when he was in his new bathtub. Not only was he in a new tub, he was in a new room. Goodbye kitchen, hello bathroom!

New Routine

Well, after getting his second flu shot last week, and otherwise messing with his schedule, we are trying something new with Elijah. As opposed to two long naps and a short nap before dinner, we are attempting to have him sleep for only two long naps. Today has been successful...up at 7.30, nap from 9.45 until noon. Hooray! We will see how the rest of the day progresses. ps - thank you Aunt Linde for my wonderful sleeper!

Well, he only slept for an hour and twenty minutes for his afternoon nap. That is going to be problematic in a few hours. Great!

He made it to bedtime. It was a bit of a struggle, and tomorrow will throw him off, but we are looking forward to settling him into this schedule next week!

How big is Elijah?

Elijah is SO big!

Our little man is mobile now. He is rolling across the room and getting into all sorts of things. He can get there pretty quickly when he sees something he wants!

Elijah just loves his bath! Kicking and splashing (and being naked) are so much fun. No matter what kind of day we've had, the bath before bed is always a treat (for Mommy and Daddy too).
